Hi, I'm Jean-Charles, but you can call me John. Although my name is French, I grew up in Brazil, and moved to New York after finishing college in Rio de Janeiro. I have lived throughout Westchester over the past 30 years, ultimately settling in Ossining, and have worked in both Rockland and Westchester. I am fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.

Working in the real estate industry with my husband and business partner, Joe Scappaticci, is an absolute thrill. As Team Scap, we work cooperatively to provide top-notch services to our clients utilizing our individual skills, expertise, and knowledge.

I have been involved in real estate since 2002. I am a trusted, experienced, award-winning agent who has assisted many clients with buying and selling homes. My clients say they appreciate my dependable nature, friendly demeanor, patience, commitment to the highest level of ethical standards, and unwavering loyalty to them.

Aside from real estate, I specialize in graphic design, website development, advertising, and marketing. My husband and I are also fathers through adoption. I started working for the agency where we adopted our three daughters and, for the past 13 years, I have helped families seeking to adopt a child by creating online profiles, leading to hundreds of successful adoptions.

My passions include advocating for adoption, defending human rights, making music, exploring Westchester County, and always getting better at what I do!
